Detailed Instructions

Lock NDD & IDD Calls

1. Lift the handset or press the line button.
2. Dial: **#570 2 PIN #**
3. Wait for confirmation tone.
4. Your phone is now locked from both NDD and IDD calls.

Lock IDD Calls Only

1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial: **#570 3 PIN #**
3. Confirm with the tone.
4. IDD calls are now blocked.

Unlock the Line

1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial: **#571 2 PIN #**
3. Wait for the confirmation tone.
4. All outgoing restrictions are removed.

Change Your PIN

1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial: **#575 OLD_PIN * NEW_PIN * NEW_PIN #**
3. Wait for confirmation tone.
4. Your new PIN is now active.

Notes

  • Default PIN is usually 1234, unless previously changed.
  • Your PIN must be 4 digits.
  • Press keys slowly if using older phone models to ensure the code registers.
